Postpartum

Postpartum Yoga Is designed for the emotional recovery and recuperation from childbirth. I will give you the tools to expedite your healing. To prevent future injury with a gentle and safe asana (poses) practice, pranayama (breathing), and meditation.  As you recover, I will help you regain your core strength and tone the areas directly affected by pregnancy and childbirth.
